Hello Everyone, In this video, I have redesigned and built my previous 80 mm ducted fan. It has 8 sets of stator blades. I have compared the thrust of six propellers i.e 3 Blade, 4 Blade, 5 Blade, 6 Blade, 8 Blade, and 11 Blade. The ducted fan has an 80 mm diameter and is 3D Printed. I am using a 2500 Kv Racerstar BR2207S motor to rotate the propeller. Check out the video to check the thrust test of the motor and make one for you.
