Super easy, barely any prep required for these healthy rice paper wraps.
Perfect for a depression meal or if you’re simply feeling a bit lazy.
RECIPE
1. Wet rice paper wrap for 15-30 seconds (they will soften more as you fill and wrap)
2. Full with veggies and protein. I used a vegan BBQ chicken and prepackaged edamame and broccoli stir fry mix. You can use tofu (or prawns/salmon if you’re not veggie!) get creative!
3. Repeat till you have enough wraps.
4. Place wraps in air fryer and spray or brush with oil.
5. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side at 200 degrees Celsius.
6. While cooking, mix about 1.5 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon chilli oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon mirin, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil and half a lime (lemon will work in a pinch).
7. Wait for wraps to cool down (they are HOT for a while) and ENJOY! ✨
