I am reviewing KDE neon today because 1) its overdue and 2) one of my viewers asked me to check it out. KDE neon is not a distro according to the folks over at KDE. It is based on kubuntu 20.04 and KDE adds on all of their latest versions of the software. The purpose of the release is to provide KDE enthusiasts the latest and greatest version to work with on a daily basis. There are 3 other variants which aide developers and testers in making sure they have a controlled environment to test in as well as provide the developers with the latest tools to assist them in creating new software for us to enjoy
