The reason why I left the story out of this post is because it's something I'm still dealing with and learning how to tell this particular vulnerable story (currently on step 2) 🥹 Often we steer away from sharing vulnerable stories because they bring up sometimes heavy emotions or memories we don't want to revisit, however they are often our most powerful stories if we share them in the right way. They reveal our struggles, make us human, increase the connection between us and the audience, and can more often than not leave others feeling empowered and inspired.
