I talk about what the throwing arm should be doing for the entire throw. A good rule of thumb is to keep the shoulder angle 90° from the peak of the reach back until the disc is released, using the upper arm as an anchor and the forearm as a whip. Its ok if the shoulder angle is a bit passed 90° at the peak of the reach back since this allows for extra shoulder rotation, but it should get to 90° as soon as the shoulders start to rotate. You definitely don't want it less than 90° since this is rounding.
