For my first challenge of 2018, I tried the Russian fighter pull up program and vlogged my progress. Any mistakes made are purely down to my own inexperience and no reflection on the inventor of the routine. Feel free to comment but please keep it friendly and helpful - I don't claim to be the expert, just a guinea-pig. It was a hard slog and I came close to quitting - but eventually, I finished it.
