The aroma, depth of flavour, and the creaminess of cashew milk is definitely one of those small luxuries. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a simple chocolate cold brew coffee and be able to prep it once for the whole week! Ingredients: 2-3 tbsp ground coffee 1 heaping tsp cocao powder 4+2 cups filtered water 1/4 cup cashews 1 cup ice cubes splash vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup Directions: 1. Place the ground coffee, cocao powder, and 4 cups of filtered water into a jar. Give it a shake and refrigerate overnight 2. Make the cashew milk by blending together the cashews and 2 cups of filtered water in a high powered blender (soak the cashews overnight if not using a high powered blender) 3. Strain the coffee through a nut milk bag 4. Fill a cup half way with ice cubes. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup. Then, fill the cup with 2/3 of cold brew coffee and 1/3 of cashew milk. Give it a good stir and enjoy 5.
