Good Sunday, today we make homemade Pasta, RICOTTA AND SPINACH RAVIOLI! Specifically, I show you how to knead the pasta and pull by hand to make one of the classic dishes of our Italian cuisine, the Ravioli!
A typical fresh filled egg pasta, today I am with ricotta and spinach but it can be stuffed in a thousand other ways!

Ingredients: for 5-6 people
300 g flour 00
3 eggs
(If you need to add a little water)
For the stuffing:
300 g Spinach (cooked and squeezed)
300 g Ricotta
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, Pepper and Moce moscata
Seasoning:
Tomato sauce
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, basil
Grated Grana cheese
