Welcome to Level Up Series: where we will be doing a mix of cardio and toning workouts that can be done on everyone! :)
Today, we are focusing on just an intense workout for those abs, giving you a flat stomach. As I am in my third trimester, sadly for me, abs are not an option anymore and I could not even do any modification. BUT, as I wanted to upload an intense ab workout for you all, Ellie is doing the workout and I am guiding you through how exactly to do each movement, to get the most impact and best results.
