In this video I'm going to explain one of the most effective studying techniques there is: Active Recall. Active recall is the practice of extracting facts or knowledge from your brain while revising. It is firing up those neurons to reinforce and remember the content, and it is the fastest way to learn ANYTHING. Studying using active recall is just ridiculously great. Over the course of a week, students who used various recall practice techniques have been found to perform more than 8 TIMES better than students who didn't use the techniques! 8 times! Is there a single person out there who wouldn't like to perform 8 times better than their classmates?
