Anomaly Software, the software engineering company, first came across Linode when it was offering virtualized hosting in Australia in the late 2000s. However, at that time Anomaly Software was solely a software company and had not anticipated going into infrastructure. The company felt that others in Australia were not offering this so they started using the infrastructure from Linode to deploy workloads. Dev Mukherjee, CEO of Anomaly Software, explains that Linode offers competitive servers compared to the other providers, which was one of the reasons they teamed with Linode. Anomaly Software provides solutions for anything from deploying desk quality assurance to production workloads. Mukherjee explains further in this video how Anomaly software is leveraging Linode technologies.
