Jamaica’s real estate market has taken off in a major way in recent years. The heart of this real estate boom is in the capital city of Kingston. Driving throughout the city it is hard miss the many cranes in the air and plethora of residential developments. I took the opportunity to investigate what exactly is driving this Jamaican real estate boom.
I was happy to team up with Valerie Levy and Associates on my investigative journey. In this first episode of this series I am guided by expert realtor Noel Phillips. We tour the construction sight of The Vineyards at Deanery in Vineyard Town Kingston. I am treated to a full break down of the property getting a scope of the costing, green who this investment might be for as well as an understanding of the surrounding community.
