"The Alipay Campus Top Scorer" Incentive Program has helped Chinese youths all around the country to chase their football dreams. Wang Jiayue is an example of one such player who developed the skills as a forward, starting from the mountainous regions in Guizhou Province. Through this program, she'd played so well that she made the cut to the regionals, scoring all the way to the U-13 Guangzhou Football Team.
