This is full installation guide for NVIDIA LEGACY drivers version 390.143 on Fedora 33/32 with kernel 5.11+ / 5.10+ / 5.9+. NVIDIA 390.141 version is released January 7, 2021 and works currently without kernel patches with latest 5.11+ / 5.10+ / 5.9+ kernels. It's also good to remember that not all features may work, which works with newer drivers and cards.
