I found it in an extra envelope that I didn’t know was in the puzzle bag. I’ve never heard of any Lazels puzzles having missing pieces, but I did ask them what their policy is. They said if a brand new puzzle has a missing piece, they will replace the entire puzzle. If you lose a piece yourself, they will cut a plain titanium piece to replace it (it is impossible to get the pattern to match without remaking the entire puzzle). The puzzle I solved today is called the Azure 473, if you want to keep an eye out for it on Ebay (expect to spend $$$$$ though!)
