On February 16, 2024. An Aloha Air Cargo Boeing 737-400 registration N405YK, performing flight AAH24 from Honolulu Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (PHNL) to Kahului Airport (PHOG) just after the takeoff from runway 8R declared an emergency and requested return to Honolulu Airport. The airplane immediately positioned for visual approach to runway 4 right. Later the flight crew reported that their flight instrument indications were off.
