Mostly everyone seems to agree that the hardware is stellar: controls are great, the display is more than usable enough, it's surprisingly light, it's comfortable to hold, and performance and battery life are pretty good. On the software side, people are more divided: while some think that it has a few small growing pains, as a complete new interface for portable Steam, others seem to think that the Deck will ship in an incomplete state, with big issues plaguing the library, and, more importantly, the store part of the Deck.
