Dev Mukherjee, CEO of Anomaly Software, explains in this video why they decided to work with Linode infrastructure and what influenced that decision. Excellent customer support was one of the key reasons Mukherjee chose Linode to work with. In the past where Anomaly Software have had to log a ticket with Linode, they have always responded quickly with a person with technical abilities who could fix the problem quickly. The human communication aspect and their responsiveness play an important part of Linode’s customer support. Mukherjee also feels that the company is very transparent, which is something he values.
