LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN EASY VEGAN MISO RAMEN RECIPE LAY HO MA!! I'm back with another delicious vegan ramen recipe and this one is a classic favourite. One thing I love about ramen is that you don't have to follow the recipe exactly and you can add veggies or toppings that are in season or more accessible depending on where you are. So, go on and try something different every time you make ramen! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a delicious vegan miso ramen recipe. Let's begin. Servings - 1 Ingredients: drizzle of olive oil 1/2 cup broccolini 1/4 shimeji mushrooms 1/4 cup bamboo salt and pepper 1/2 cup sake (or veggie stock) 2 cups vegetable stock (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8Sygrs76nc) 140g ramen noodles 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp cane sugar 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 1 heaping tbsp miso* 1 tofu puff few strips toasted nori 2 tbsp black garlic oil (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amX2VFs-nw8) Directions: 1. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles 2. Bring a sauté pan to medium heat. Drizzle in some olive oil 3. Add in the broccolini, shimeji mushrooms, and bamboo. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Then, sauté for about 5min and set aside 4. Add the sake and veggie stock into the sauté pan 5. Bring the veggie stock to a boil 6. Cook the ramen noodles to package instructions (in this case 4min) 7. Add the soy sauce, cane sugar, and sesame oil to the serving bowl 8. Stir the noodles occasionally to keep them from sticking. When it's done, strain them out and set aside 9. Turn the heat off on the sauté pan and stir in the miso paste using a mesh sieve 10. Pour the broth into the serving bowl. Add the noodles and assemble the sautéd veggies 11.
