About a year ago I was inspired by a TED Talk by Cesar Kuriyama, in which he started taking a one second video clip every single day for a year; kind of a video journal of sorts to help him remember his life. I liked the idea so much that I started my own 'one second video' on my birthday a month later.
It has been such a rewarding experience. It makes me get up, and get out and do something interesting specifically for this video.
My 25th year was an exciting one for me:
-2 Marathons
-4 Spartan Obstacle races
-3 Ragnar Relay Races
-My niece was born
-Traveled to Hawaii
-Traveled to Europe
-Graduated from College
