Exploring the fictional city of Steelport and laughing at the ridiculousness of it all is part of the joy of playing Saints Row IV. Its open-world nature and character customization caught on quickly with gamers, and nothing screams sci-fi better than lots and lots of aliens. There are not many gaming realities where you get to be the President of the United States, get trapped in a simulated universe, attempt to escape, get superpowers, and kill aliens.
