Breakfast
โโโโโโโโโโโโโ-
-1 ripe banana, mashed
-1 TBSP vegan protein powder
-1/3 cup oats
-a pinch of salt
-1 TBSP vegan yogurt
-a splash of plant milk
Mix and fry like a scrambled egg.
Serve with fruit, coconut yogurt etcโฆ
Lunch
โโโโโโโโโโโโโ
-1 package vegan chicken
-1/2 zucchini
Fry in some oil and season to your liking
-1 wrap
-vegan pesto rosso
-sriracha mayo
Fill, fold and grill
Granola
โโโโโโโโโโโ
-4 cups oats
-nuts, seeds and chocolate of your choice
-a pinch of salt
-1/2 cup (110g) Male syrup or agave
-1/2 cup (110g) melted coconut oil
Mix and bake at 175C/350F for 20-25mins
Dinner

Vegan parm:
-1 cup (150g) cashews
-2 TBSP nutritional yeast
-1 TSP salt
Blend
Sauce:
-onion & garlic
-3 red peppers
-tomato paste
-balsamic vinegar
-tomato sauce
-1 can of lentils
-salt, pepper, basil
Add in cooked pasta, pasta water and vegan parmesan.
