Pladur ceilings are linings under the slabs or horizontal elements made up of metal profiles. They are intended to hide installations and decorate enclosures. They provide fire resistance, improve acoustic and thermal insulation. There are semi-direct, suspended and without hanging. Semi-direct ceilings are formed by a structure of galvanized steel sheet profiles based on masters, anchored directly to the slab, to whose external side one or more Pladur plates are screwed. Suspended ceilings can be formed by a structure of galvanized steel sheet profiles properly suspended from the floor by different types of hangers, and supported on profiles mechanically fixed around the entire perimeter. They can also be formed by a double structure, primary and secondary, positioned at the same or different levels. When it is at the same level, the primary structure is suspended from the floor by means of hangers and the secondary is attached to the primary with crossing accessories, both supported by profiles fixed around the entire perimeter. When it is at a different level, the primary structure is also suspended from the floor by means of hangers and the secondary structure is properly suspended from the primary by means of clamps and supported on the perimeter of the perimeter profile.
