Box 138 Lawsonville, NC 27022 Peach Preserves 4 cups peaches (pitted, sliced, peeled) 6 Tbsp Ball Classic Pectin 2 Tbsp lemon juice 7 cups sugar Combine sliced peaches, pectin and lemon juice in a large sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil, add sugar, stir until dissolved, bring mixture back to a rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. Boil for 1 minute. Ladle hot preserves into hot jars. Water bath half pints for 10 minutes.
