What knife should we test out next!?
Yesterday I asked you guys what the best vegetable was to test out the potential of a new knife. You guys said the Onion, followed closely by the tomato. Me personally, I think the carrot or sweet potato tell a more detailed story but I also believe there are things to be learned from each vegetable. So I decided to test out a Yu Kurosaki Fujin VG-10 Gyuto 210 mm on each of the vegetables in our most recent poll (minus the regular potato). We'll be doing this more regularly so let us know what you think we should cut and with which knife!
