Ed Morse, global head of commodities research at Citigroup, says the return of demand from China won't push the price of crude oil above $100. "Demand is sloshing downward around the world," Morse says on Bloomberg Surveillance. "I think there's ample supply in the market for us to not have a big impact in China coming back."
