I love the idea of taking massive imperfect action when embarking on something new like a new project or even beginning a new workout at the gym. But I've found that this can be unsustainable and can quickly lead to burnout. I've found that over time, consistency will always beat intensity. Instead of focusing on making 50% improvements every single time I work on something, just focus on making small 1-5% improvements, and this is waaaay more sustainable over time.
