In reporting on those issues, the program referred to Overseas Education & Career Consultants Pty Ltd (OECC) which assisted international students in enrolling at Australian universities. In response to concerns raised by OECC about the program, Four Corners wishes to clarify that the program was directed at the conduct of Australian universities in waiving English language requirements for international students. The program’s criticism was not directed at OECC. The program was not seeking to convey that OECC had waived those requirements, nor that OECC had been selling offer letters from universities.
