Frost Valley YMCA’s Adventure Camp programs are all about building character, challenging oneself, and making lasting friends, while having the chance to explore! Whether traveling to beautiful and awe-inspiring places around the country on an Adventure Trip, or lending a helping hand and learning the value of stewardship on a Service Trip, campers experience firsthand the difference one person can make. From these new experiences, campers discover in themselves newfound confidence and strength.
