Who would steal a Porsche 911, successfully escape, and then announce their joyrides each night for days on end? It sounds like a forbidden fantasy to many car enthusiasts, but the Belgrade Phantom made it a reality in 1979, Yugoslavia. If you want to learn more about this story, I'd recommend watching "The Belgrade Phantom" (2009), directed by Jovan Todorović.
