As officers conduct a sweep of the cells, they find a long love letter written on a roll of toilet paper. After questioning the inmate of his contraband, the suspect asks if he can propose to his girlfriend. Meanwhile, a man arrested for drunk cycling refuses to cooperate and officers throw him into an isolation cell. Elsewhere, a fight breaks out between two inmates and a special officer is brought in to investigate the crime.
