Ingredients:
* This recipe is metric
1 cup cold mashed potatoes
1 tbs mixed italian herbs
1 tsp each of garlic powder/onion powder
1/4 tsp each of white pepper/coarse celtic sea salt
Vegan Egg wash Substitute:
1 tbs chickpea flour (besan flour)
1/4 cup water
Coating
1/2 crushed wheat cereal or bread crumbs
2 tbs flour (I used brown rice flour)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs black sesame seeds (optional but add a great crunch)
Cashew Garlic Aioli
1/2 cup cashews
1 clove garlic
1 small lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
1/2 hot boiled water
