Australian producer Matt Brockman teams up with rising singer/songwriter Talyse on enthralling new single ‘Take It All’, out 15th September on DJ EZ’s Nuvolve label.
‘Take It All’ is masterfully crafted by Matt Brockman, featuring captivating vocals from Talyse. Brooding bass, melodic piano and chopped vocals sit atop a cool garage groove, before Talyse’s soulful central hook steals the limelight in an atmospheric synth breakdown: “Take it all / Come on won’t you break my soul”.
Australian producer Matt Brockman is an artist who encapsulates a UK-centric sound, with intricate productions heavily influenced by UKG, house, breaks and beyond. Following releases on fast emerging Sydney based label Extra Spicy, as well as UK heavyweights 1Forty and Nuvolve music, Matt has garnered the attention from the likes of My Nu Leng, DJ Q and more as well as collaborating with the UK icon Dread MC. From being a regular across underground raves throughout Sydney to plays on BBC Radio 1 and Kiss FM, the future is looking bright for this up and coming producer.
Talyse is a 21 year old singer/songwriter from the South Coast of NSW, Australia. Influenced by artists such as Lauryn Hill and Disclosure, her sound blends the emotion of RnB with the upbeat nature of house to create enthralling vocals. Following her first release on Nuvolve records, there is a lot to look forward to from this talented vocalist.
