This video is from a few years ago, but it is classic Ken, it has some great insight into how to set your goals. Ken talks about establishing goals for both your career and personal life.
Since it is mid-summer this is a good time to review or create goals so that you can see tangible results by the end of 2018.
Using a methodology that is discussed in Chapter 2 of his "The ABCs of Real Estate Investing" Ken walks through each step of the process and talks about the consistency of how to effectively set your goals for life and success. Each goals should include:
S - Specific (Be Specific)
M - Measurable (Can you measure your results)
A - Attainable (Who will keep you accountable)
R - Realistic (can it be done)
T - Timeline (what time frame are you going to get this done?)

It’s the term used when you drive around a neighborhood that you think could house future wholesale deals, then document distressed properties to create unique lead lists.
