Nothing has made fans of Final Fantasy cry tears of happiness any more than Square Enix announcing a remake of Final Fantasy 7 was in the works at E3 2015. To those who are unfamiliar, Final Fantasy 7 is the Star Wars of the gaming industry, and its remake has been one of the most highly anticipated things since the '90s. Cut to today, and there is still no sign of the new Final Fantasy 7. What’s more unfortunate is that the announcement trailer had no details to show either. So, where is the remake?
