Pita / Pecivo / Sauerkraut 
✝️Za denis si napraviv / Posna Pita ili Pecivo / so gotovi kori i so kisela zelka , imam uste dve zelki i ednata resiv da ja napravam na ovaj nacin,
Si isprziv kromidce , ja iseckav zelkata i ja isprziv so kromidceto ,

✝️Today i decided to make Pita with my homemade Sauerkraut 
✝️This is the recipe
450g Fillo dough ( kori
✝️2 chopped onions ( kromid
4 cups chopped sauerkraut
Oil ( kisela zelka
✝️For brushing
1/2 cup Oil ( maslo
1/2 cup Vegan butter ( margarin
Mineral water ( kisela voda
✝️Seasoning
Black pepper
Paprika
✝️Description
 Fry the onions till they get nice and soft
add the chopped sauerkraut fry it together.
Add the seasonings remove it from the stove ,and let it cool off. Melt the butter and the oil brush your baking pan with the of oil and butter put two Fillo sheets on each side in your baking pan.
✝️Brush each sheet with the oil mixture
✝️When you add the fillo pastry all around on each side , add the filling on the top
crunch each one of the fillo sheets on the top.
✝️Sprinkle with oil mixture
✝️add another layer with the filling
✝️add the fillo pastry ,
brush it ,
and put one or two fillo sheets on the top to cover it ,
✝️Cut it before you bake it
✝️heat the oven on 360° Bake it for 30 minutes or till golden Brown and
