------- Recipe ingredients for the Lamb Kebabs-------
1 kg Lamb, boneless
¼ cup onions
4 large garlic cloves
3 thin green chilies
1 tbsp. paprika powder
Half tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. coriander powder
2 tbsp. sunflower oil used to marinate
Touch of oil for the griddle pan
1 onion (thinly sliced and caramelised)
--------- For the Rice---------
1 cup extra-long grain rice (230 grams) (Wash and soak the Rice in Water for half an hour, then drain)
Some rice require soaking for longer time, so let me know if you need more info
1 and quarter cup of water
Half tbsp. cumin seeds
1 teaspoon. Turmeric powder
2 teaspoons of Salt
2 tbsp. Sunflower Oil
--------- For the Sauce---------
8 to 9 mint leaves, finely chopped
1 large lemon juice
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
