You will cartwheel over a panel mat so you will see the importance of reaching your body forward. You can bring a stuffed animal or favorite small toy to practice. We end the lesson with learning how to run and hurdle into your cartwheel, an important aspect of cartwheel development. Keep up the good work; you are almost a cartwheel pro!
