What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
Do you immediately grab your phone, check Instagram, Facebook, Youtube? The News?
Science tells us that how you spend the first 20 minutes of your day sets the tone for how you’ll experience the rest of your day. It shapes how you feel and how you show up. It’s during this first 20 minutes of your day that your subconscious is most impressionable.
Knowing that this time is the most impressionable, make sure you’re using it wisely. Here are some tips for how to set your day up for success:

• Visualise what your week will look like
• Mindfulness, Prayer and Meditation
