📝 Ingredients for a 33x41 cm baking pan:
✅ 250g butter - 9.0 oz.
✅ 600 g flour - 21.1 oz.
✅ 200 + 250 g sugar - 7.1 oz. + 9.0 oz.
✅ 100 g brown sugar - 3.5 oz.
✅ 2 tsp baking powder
✅ 2 + 4 eggs
✅ 750 g low-fat quark - 26.45 oz.
✅ 800 g cream cheese (double cream level) - 28.21 oz.
✅ 1 pack vanillin
✅ 1 pack of pudding powder
✅ 7 large apples
✅ 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Knead the flour, butter in pieces, 200 g sugar, brown sugar and baking powder into a firm dough. Spread half of the dough on the baking tray to form a smooth base. Then put both in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Mix the quark, cream cheese, 250 g sugar and vanillin into a smooth cream. Gradually add 4 eggs and continue mixing.
3. Cut the apples into 1 cm cubes and mix well with the cinnamon.
4. Pour the cream onto the cake base and spread it out.
5. Then scatter the apples on top and then crumble the remaining dough into crumbles.
6. Bake the cake at 175°C for approx. 50-60 minutes. Do a stick test before removing. Then let the apple pie cool and enjoy. Complete! ♡
