Today were looking at one of Japans finest pencils, the Holbein Artists Colored Pencils! Known for there unique exotic core mix's and the thick vividly saturated color they put down, i've been wanting to try these pencils out for quite a while now. They are certainly not the easiest pencil to get hold of outside of japan so i'm very excited for todays episode. Are they as good as people say? Are these the best Japanese Coloured Pencils? Are they the WORLDS best Colored Pencils? This is the Big Review where I take pencils (and art supplies) and throw a series of tests at them.
