The automatic notch milling machine from ZwickRoell is combined with a roboTest L robotic system. To process the plastic specimens, the user fills the specimen magazine and places it on the system's magazine table. After starting the system, the gripper removes a complete magazine stack and positions it on a separation station. Another gripper removes a single sample and places it in the notch milling machine. After the notch has been milled into the plastic sample, the gripper places the finished sample back into the magazine.
