When they bought it, Sean and Sara Santoro’s 1970s-era, Roswell home was a time capsule: Think green shag carpets and floral wallpaper, plus some not-so-charming “features” – lead paint and asbestos in the ceiling. But with Sean’s and his family’s background in home construction, they were able to bring the house up to date while preserving its unique charm. They'll tell you that lake view was definitely worth it!
