EASY SMOKED SALMON BOARD
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
1 tub Alouette Spreadable Cheese (Garlic and Herb flavor)
1 bunch of fresh dill
1 bunch of radishes, sliced into quarters and some left whole for presentation
2 Persian cucumbers
1 tablespoon capers, drained
Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
1 loaf of pumpernickel bread, sliced
METHOD:
Place Alouette Cheese ramekin on a serving board. Place dill and radishes on either side. Ribbon out salmon and top with capers and pepper. Slice cucumber ribbons with a potato peeler and nestle them next to the salmon. Place pumpernickel bread on the other side of the salmon.
