Philip Waggoner is the Director of Data Science at YouGov America, a research scholar at the Institute for Social and Economic Research and Policy at Columbia University, and also a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the Johns Hopkins University Data Analytics and Policy program.
