Using Google Search Operators like AND and SITE:*.GOV can help you find scientific analysis / research on topics. In this video I used ivermectin AND cancer as an example. ivermectin AND cancer site:*.gov
The U.S. Federal government funds most research in the U.S. But many of that scientific data and the scientific papers are behind an academic paywall. This means most Americans don't have access to the research they pay for. Having access would help with making informed citizens rather than relying on journalists, charlatans and mommy bloggers to obtain more information. The Federal government's National Institutes of Health site has PubMed Central (PMC) at https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/. While you can search that site directly, Google is better at search than many government sites.
