The fastest way to speak with more clarity and articulate your words better when you have an accent, is ironically to slow down your rate of speech dramatically. When you do this, it allows you to focus on saying the words right, rather than focusing on getting the message across. You can practice this by reading books out loud and read each word slowly and by overdoing the mouth movements. This will train you to speak with more clarity!
