Using the AI Status Update feature on Leantime.
To start collecting status updates, set up the update collection time in the Project Settings.
The AI will begin to collect updates from the team on tasks due that week. On their home screens, they'll see a message stating it's time to update their work statuses.
Once updates begin to come in, a report will start to be generated and pre-formatted. From there, you can edit, save, and send the report to the folks waiting for the update. Updates will begin to collect again the following week.
