4 Red Onions
10ml Light Olive Oil (Any oil at all will do)
1 teaspoons Unsalted Butter
2 Bay Leaves
2 Tablespoons Soft brown Sugar
100ml Red Wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
6 Sausages
1 Tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Full roll of shop bought PUFF Pastry
1 Egg
White Sesame Seeds
Onion Seeds
180 Degrees for about 25 mins
