This video tells you how to enable noise cancellation on Pop OS or Ubuntu or any other Linux distro using an in-built setting in PulseAudio, the software that's used to handle audio in Linux.
It's very easy, and it takes only a few minutes to add 3 lines in a config file.

The command to get to the file is - sudo nano /etc/pulse/default.pa
These are the lines that need to be added at the end of the file -
load-module module-filter-heuristics
load-module module-filter-apply
load-module module-echo-cancel aec_args="analog_gain_control=0 digital_gain_control=0"
